How can I stop facial sweating?

My forehead sweats a lot and it messes up my makeup! It’s really annoying though because i have pimples there and then they become totally visible. How can I stop sweating there? It’s not like dripping down my face, but it’s annoying! Help (:
I use Retin-A Micro on my face if tha would affect anything. I’m willing to use deodorants or whatever but I don’t want it to irrate my face and cause more breakouts!

Do you have hair over your forehead? Cuz that will definitely cause it.
If you don’t want to use too many products, you can try buying some baby wipes, go to the washroom when you feel your forehead sweating, and just wipe. I don’t think you even need to rinse it off, cuz it’s made for a baby it should irritate (get non-scented). It’s also more discrete than full out washing your face in the bathroom, or using the cardboard-paper towels or sandpaper-toilet paper to wipe off the sweat. I also suggest using toner to get rid of oils to help prevent pimples. ** I haven’t tried the baby wipe thing but I’m sure it should be fine — you can even dilute them by adding water.
If you don’t already, you should be washing your face before you go to bed and when you wake up in the morning. Avoid using concealer or foundation on your forehead because that adds to the sweating.
If nothing is working, go see a dermatologist and they’ll be able to help ou out :)
