Well that depends, what the heck is hyperhidrosis? If you’re in good shape and this HH isn’t too dependant on anything, you’re probably fine for joining.

Lose weight, drink plenty of water and buy some baby powder, you’ll be fine.
I got sweaty palms, pits, feet and groin (don’t we all?), but I don’t need to go to some doctor for some nonexistent problem. I could only see this limiting you if you allow it to.
Another thing… if you join they are gunna put you in a cold room in your boxers at MEPS, everyone is cold, just don’t show it. This is the only time I could imagine anyone discovering this HH problem.
Again, drink water, LOTS.
If you really want to be a marine as you state stop asking this question stop knowing it may be a condition. I had and have two seperate conditions that would have kept me out of the military. Kept my mouth shut no problems since. And both problems were addressed in my civilian medical records beforehand. So don’t tell anyone even the recruiter who you may think is trying to help you.
